Log into your account, move your appointment, or cancel it as you prefer.
If there are fewer than 48 hours before your appointment:
Appointments can’t be moved or cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible.
A charge of 50% (equivalent to your deposit) will apply. If fewer than 24 hours’ notice is provided, 100% of the service charge applies.
Please be aware that communication channels are monitored during business hours only. Any communications sent outside of business hours will be actioned during business hours.
