I guarantee my service and provide a thorough consultation prior to any service. I am highly trained and committed to excellence. I provide my clients with professional service using the finest products available and provide thorough post-care advice and education on how to maintain the results of your treatment at home. How you take care of your skin is important. Great results are 30% in-salon treatments and 70% how you care for your skin in the time between treatments. I cannot guarantee lasting results if you choose not to follow my pre and post-treatment advice (provided after your treatment) or use unsuitable skin care products. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the results of your treatment, I will rectify at no extra charge within one week of the original service.
To avoid disappointment and secure your preferred appointment time, we ask you schedule your appointments in advance. We will always be accommodating to your busy schedule and preference time, however, in some instances where we may not be able to immediately accommodate your request, we have ‘Waiting List’ which is referred to daily when instances of cancellations or availabilities occur.
To ensure you never forget an appointment, a text message and an email will be sent to you requesting confirmation 2 days prior to the date of your appointment. A simple YES is all that is required to confirm your appointment. If an appointment remains unconfirmed by close of business the day before your appointment it will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
If you hold a Gift Certificate please quote your Gift Certificate number at the time of making your appointment.

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows time for consultation and gives you the most value from your treatment time. To keep the serenity of the salon, I ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival. Please present all gift certificates and promotional coupons at check-in. Regretably, if you are late for an appointment I may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.
My time is valuable, and so is yours. If you’re late for your appointment, you will lose that time. If you don’t show, you’ll still be charged in full. In turn, I promise to honour our appointments and be on time as well. Appointments require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment.
Changes or cancellations to the reservation can be made online up to 24 hours prior to your reservation time. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Extended appointments (more than 3 hours) require a minimum of 48 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule.
Clients who “No Show” to an appointment will no longer have access to online booking and will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service cost prior to being given another appointment. Clients who “No Show” more than once in a twelve month period will be required to prepay future appointments.
We require 24 hours notice of any change or cancellation. Failure to do so will regrettably result in the forfeit of the 100% of your total booking amount. If you are using a prepaid session pass, this session will be deducted from your package. Package validity periods are advised in each description and will automatically expire after the advised number of days. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase if you have a receipt. Opened products will not be exchanged.

Loyal customers of Slow Beauty Eco Salon accrue points for every dollar spent, which can be redeemed at 1000 points for a $10 Loyalty Rewards Discount. Loyalty Rewards Points are valid for 12 months and are not transferable. Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards Members, Sassy Girl Members, Alexandria Professional Permanent Reduction Programme do not qualify for Loyalty Rewards Points.

Clients who purchase a Permanent Reduction Programme will be required to pay upfront for ten treatments and will receive their sixth and twelfth treatments for free. Clients are required to bring their Permanent Reduction Card to every appointment.
