Hot Stone Organic Relaxation Massage in Canberra

Many people overlook the benefits of organic relaxation massage, thinking of it more as an occasional treat rather than a tool in their toolbox to facilitate their health and wellbeing. Massage provokes a measurable increase in the body’s immune response by boosting its white-blood-cell count. Chronic inflammation is the root of many of our health issues – from sore muscles to serious conditions like arthritis and muscular dystrophy. Massage appears to reduce the production of cytokines which hold the key to inflammation. We believe in a holistic approach to skincare and health and are passionate about sharing our quality products with you.
