Guarantee
I guarantee my service. I am highly trained and committed to excellence. I provide my clients with professional service using the finest products available and provide thorough post-care advice and education on how to maintain the results of your treatment at home. How you take care of your skin is important. Great results are 30% in-salon treatments and 70% how you care for your skin in the time between treatments. I cannot guarantee lasting results if you choose not to follow my pre and post-treatment advice (provided after your treatment) or use unsuitable skin care products.
Reservations
To schedule your reservation, please call Slow Beauty on + 61 2 6156 4746. You may also book your reservation online. I accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express, which are required to hold reservations over 2 hours. I suggest making appointments in advance, however I will always do my best to accommodate your requests. Slow Beauty reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments.
Treatment Time
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This allows time for consultation and gives you the most value from your treatment time. To keep the serenity of the salon, I ask that you turn off your mobile phone upon arrival. Please present all gift certificates and promotional coupons at check-in. Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment I may have to shorten your treatment time to be on schedule for the next guest.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, I require 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged the full price for your treatment. VISA or MasterCard account numbers will be taken for all scheduled appointments over 2 hours in duration. If your appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, your account will be charged in full.
Purchase Policy
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase if you have a receipt. I cannot exchange any opened products.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not refundable. Gift certificates are redeemable at the monetary value of the service at the time of purchase and should only be purchased directly from Slow Beauty. Certificates purchased through other suppliers will not be honoured.
Referral Programme
Share the love and introduce those you care about to Slow Beauty, with every referral earning you both a 25% discount on your next booking.
Student and Seniors Discount
Students and Seniors will receive 10% off services on presentation of a current Student or Seniors Card, valid only on Tuesdays.
Loyalty Rewards Programme
Loyal customers of Slow Beauty Eco Salon accrue points for every dollar spent, which can be redeemed at 500 points for a $25 Loyalty Rewards Discount. Loyalty Rewards Points are valid for 6 months and are not transferable. Alexandria Professional Products, Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards Members, Alexandria Professional Permanent Reduction Programme and “buy five get one free” facial packages do not qualify for Loyalty Rewards Points.
Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards Programmes
Product Rewards
Clients who purchase Alexandria Professional product are given a card to collect Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards stamps. 20 stamps = $20 redeemable for any Alexandria Professional product.
Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards
Clients who are following the Full Circle of Skin Conditioning will be invited on to the Alexandria Professional VIP Rewards programme. Clients will receive a loyalty card and will receive their tenth treatment free.
Alexandria Professional Permanent Reduction Programme
Clients who purchase a Permanent Reduction Programme will be required to pay upfront for ten treatments and will receive their sixth and twelfth treatments for free. Clients are required to bring their Permanent Reduction Card to every appointment.
